I had an issue with a cake order and the general manager Frank took care of it. He was kind understanding and helpful!

As someone with a disability that keeps me from shopping in the store, online ordering has been a godsend. As a recipient of SSD I like to place a large order at the beginning of each month. The website used for shopping has improved over the years, as has the availability of goods. On average, I'd say I get about 95% of the items ordered, including items on sale. Deliveries have had some hiccups, but were quickly resolved through local or corporate Customer Service. The same is true with any product issues. The store generally has great sales (and offers online coupons), including essential household items, meats, frozen foods, and dry goods. Dairy products could be priced more in line with stores such as Walmart and Aldi. Finally, you can select your own substitutes, and communicate this with each item.

BAKERY REVIEW ONLY! I mistakenly ordered a birthday cake here instead of my usual and much closer Evesham (Ravitz) SR. The cake was beautifully decorated and utterly fresh and absolutely delicious! I didn't buy any food, just some plates and cups. I have to say, just walking by, it looked very clean and smelled super good - not sure what the scent was. It's doubtful that Ill be back here again, but the bakery rocks (I was perusing while I was waiting for my cake).

Whenever I'm in Cherry Hill I come to this grocery store. It's clean and huge which can be a pro or con LOL but for me it's a good thing. I find everything I need when I shop here. Especially during the start of the pandemic it was a challenge to find cleaning supplies. This store never failed as I found bleach, hand sanitizer, wipes and tissue. I know that may not seem like much post COVID-19 yet it is very important. The staff are helpful and friendly. I usually talk to whoever is serving me whether it was at the seafood or deli counter. Come and you won't be disappointed.

I really never have a problem shopping here. Although, my preference would be the Lawnside location because they have a larger store with an overall larger, better selection-particularly the prepared food items. However, considering the area, ShopRite is my go-to and not the nearby Whole Foods or Wegmans due to price. I occasionally get sushi here because it tastes good and the price is decent. I also frequent their meat section, although they have been lacking recently due to COVID. I'm also disappointed to see that they don't have pre- marinated chicken that one could just cook. Otherwise, they have my preferred coconut oil, baby spinach, and Pure Leaf iced tea.
